Date of Birth: 1954

In 1977 he graduated from the Kharkiv Aviation Institute and obtained the qualification of “electrical engineer” in the specialty “Aircraft Engineering”. After graduating from the institute he worked as a radio equipment controller and foreman of the test section of the mechanical assembly shop of the radio instrument-making plant in Smila. He was then transferred to the position of design engineer at the Kharkiv Technological Research Institute.

From 1980 to 2004 he studied in graduate school and worked as a researcher at the Institute of Electrodynamics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

1991 – defended his dissertation on the specialty 05.11.15 Instruments and methods for measuring electrical and magnetic quantities on the topic “High-precision magnetic field sources”.

From 1994 to 2004 he worked as the General Director of the Ukrainian – Italian production and commercial joint venture “SD” Ltd.

In 1998 he was elected a corresponding member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Ukraine. 2009 – awarded the academic title of associate professor of instrument production.

Works at the Department since 2002р.

Research interests: biophysical methods of diagnosis and therapy, adaptive physiotherapy devices and their metrological support.

Author of more than 60 professional scientific articles, 81 utility model patents, 11 copyright certificates and invention patents
