On March 12, 2024, students in the second year of the instrument-making faculty met with a stakeholder—the company Progressech-Ukraine.

Maksym Gladskyi, Deputy Director of Human Resources, spoke about the company’s activities, vacancies, working environment, preferences, requirements for candidates, and the opportunity to study under the “Computer-integrated Design Technologies from Progresstech-Ukraine” certificate program. This certificate program was developed in collaboration with the company’s leading engineers, and part of the educational components are taught jointly.

Participation in such a program is the first stage of integration into the professional environment. Students not only receive high-quality, specialized knowledge in the company’s field of activity and learn from the experience of Progressech-Ukraine engineers who work according to international standards but can also receive invitations to interview for vacant positions.
