We consider candidates with work experience, recent graduates and even Master’s students in technical specialities.
Our training and development programmes successfully bring specialists from different fields into the company’s projects, including “Mechanical Engineering”, “Automation and Instrument Engineering”, “Architecture and Construction” and “Transport”.

Responsibilities:
– developing manufacturing processes for parts;
– preparing assembly processes for units and assemblies and their installation;
– defining technical requirements for tools and tooling, parts and assembly units;
– optimising manufacturing processes (including lead times, labour intensity and cost efficiency);
– coordinating work (in English!) with the customer’s design centres and production units.
General requirements for applicants:
– higher technical education (Bachelor’s or above);
– basic knowledge of parts manufacturing technology and of assembly and installation of units and assemblies (processes, methods and technical means of manufacturing parts and assembly units, stages and types of assembly work, process equipment, tooling);
– knowledge of standards for preparing, formatting and handling design documentation (drawings, specifications, production instructions, notices, etc.), and excellent reading of design documents;
– English at Intermediate level or higher.
Applicants with the following skills will have an advantage:
– working in the CAD systems SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, UNIGRAPHICS;
– 3D simulation of production processes and workshop design;
– programming of assembly processes and fastener installation in serial production;
– analysis of assembly tolerances, dimensional chains and dimensional analysis of 3D designs;
as well as knowledge of:
– aircraft design.
