On June 20, 2023, the defense of bachelor’s theses in the specialty 151 Automation and computer-integrated technologies under the educational program “Computer-integrated systems and technologies in instrumentation Engineering” began at the department.

The first ten diploma projects were successfully defended:

4. Device for computer-integrated intraoral scanning, E.S. Asinov (supervisor assistant M.O. Demchenko).
5. Automated device for ultrasound therapy, Mirza D.S. (supervisor, assistant S.S. Zayets).
6. Automated system of diagnosis and treatment of strabismus E. V. Vasylchenko (supervisor assistant I. O. Yakovenko).
7. Automated system for welding biological tissues by A. Yu. Sydorchuk (supervisor, associate professor, Ph.D. Bezugla N.V.).
8. Automated site for producing the safety valve housing, E. A. Baranovskyi (supervisor, associate professor, Ph.D. Lisovets S. M.).
9. Automated system for controlling the roughness of the landing surfaces of shafts O.M. Yakymenko (supervisor associate professor, candidate of technical sciences N.V. Bezugla).
10. A flexible production system for mechanical processing of the gyro block housing, P. A. Smotrytskyi (supervisor, associate professor, Ph.D. Shevchenko V. V.).

The examination committee unanimously recommended that the specified students be awarded the “Bachelor of Automation and Computer Integrated Technologies” qualification and recommended for admission to the master’s degree.
